Hi Everybody 😃

For those who don’t know me, my name is Jessica Pedemont. I started “Celebration Cooking with Jessica Pedemont” around April 2015 and we had our 1st class 18th July 2015. It made total sense to finally have a home base for teaching in Sydney that I could call my own. I have been travelling the world for the past 20 years working, studying and teaching in the culinary field. I still teach internationally and locally for others as a guest teacher. I can’t begin to tell you what a treasure it is to have a location like this. It’s a wonderful compliment and platform to work with and share with our students.

My 1st business was opening and still running to this day, Chocolate Artisan. Since opening in January 2008 when I became self-employed, I have had countless fabulous clients. I’ve had a colourful career full of enrichment, hard work and lots of amazing food! Feeling the growth through challenges, with experience’s of day to day dedication. I’ve witnessed many changes over the 20 years and have watched the industry evolve.

I feel very fortunate, but I also know I work my tail off to be in the position I am in today. It’s up to me to make it happen. Luck is one thing, talent is another, but getting down to business is a completely different topic. We started Celebration Cooking with Jessica Pedemont as a “POP UP” for the first 6 months to see how the venture faired up in the big wide world of cooking schools in Sydney.
